Summary

Hosts greet and seat our guests, provide accurate wait times, create an environment where guests feel welcomed, answer phones, package takeout orders. Maintain the front entry, host station, take out area and restrooms while ensuring we deliver an enjoyable dining experience from the moment our guests arrive until they leave. 

Host Responsibilities 

 Some responsibilities include managing the waitlist and seating rotation, offering menus, validating tables are ready to be seated and supporting servers as needed. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be worn at all times while in work areas.
• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming and timely manner upon arrival.
• Communicate seating delays.
• Communicate guests special requests to appropriate team members.
• Support servers and other team members as needed.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing and setting tables whenever needed.
• Apply knowledge of menu and other restaurant information such as table numbers, directions, hours, forms of payment and promotions. 
• Answer telephone with proper etiquette, add parties to our waitlist, record takeout orders and answer any guest inquiries.
• Accurately ring in all food and beverage take out orders.
• Package takeout orders.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, according to company standards.
• Maintain server bank of at least $20 to quickly make change for guests while working take out station.
• Stock and replenish stations as needed.
• Clean and sanitize menus, high chairs and booster seats.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate any guest concerns immediately to management.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow TABC regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.

Server Responsibilities 

 Some responsibilities include assisting guests with questions regarding our food and beverage menus, maintaining and manicuring tables and supporting other servers and team members as needed. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be worn at all times while in work areas.
• Communicate guests special requests to appropriate team members.
• Support hosts and other team members as needed.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing and setting tables whenever needed.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns in regards to the menu.
• Apply knowledge of information such as table numbers, directions, hours, forms of payment and promotions. 
• Present menu, answer questions and use suggestive selling techniques to offer menu items, including liquor, beer, wine, and desserts.
• Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders.
• Garnish food and beverage items as needed prior to serving.
• Utilize a tray to deliver food and beverage items accurately with proper placement, describing each item.
• Maintain, pre-bus and manicure tables, assisting other servers as needed.
• Present check to guest and accept payment accurately and efficiently, using responsible cash handling procedures.
• Turn in all cash and credit slips at the end of each shift.
• Maintain server bank of at least $20 to quickly make change for guests.
• Clean, organize and maintain assigned stations and all services areas prior to, during and after peak periods to ensure the restaurant is set up for success.

Bartender Responsibilities 

 Some responsibilities include assisting guests with questions regarding our food and beverage menus, maintaining and manicuring bar top and supporting other bartenders and team members as needed. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be worn at all times while in work areas.
• Communicate guests special requests to appropriate team members.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns in regards to the menu.
• Apply knowledge of information such as table numbers, directions, hours, forms of payment and promotions. 
• Present menu, answer questions and use suggestive selling techniques to offer menu items, including liquor, beer, wine, and desserts.
• Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups, and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers utilizing proper recipe. 
• Use a knife and other equipment to prepare garnish and other items for drink orders.
• Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders.
• Garnish food and beverage items as needed prior to serving
• Utilize a tray to deliver food and beverage items accurately with proper placement, describing each item.
• Maintain, pre-bus and manicure bar top and tables, assisting other bartenders as needed.
• Observe guests to determine when meal has been completed.
• Present check to guest and accept payment accurately and efficiently, using responsible cash handling procedures.
• Turn in all cash and credit slips at the end of each shift.
• Clean, organize and maintain assigned stations and all services areas prior to, during and after peak periods to ensure the restaurant is set up for success.
• Sweeps and cleans surrounding bar.
• Restock Service Bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, fruit, and necessary equipment as needed.
• Wash and restocking glassware behind the bar as needed.
• Polish silverware and glassware.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate any Guest concerns immediately to management.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow TABC regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.

Summary

Dishwashers execute general kitchen and housekeeping responsibilities, provide support to cooks and other team members with cleaning and prep tasks, to create an environment where guests feel welcomed, ensuring we deliver an enjoyable dining experience from the moment our guests arrive until they leave.  

Dishwasher Responsibilities 

 Some responsibilities include cleaning and restocking plate ware, flatware, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. Sweeping and mopping floors. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be worn at all times while in work areas.
• Validate equipment used in the dish area is functional and stocked with appropriate chemicals. 
• Load and unload all dishes, utensils and glasses from dishwasher.
• Clean all large pots and pans manually in 3 compartment sinks.
• Stock clean glasses, dishes, utensils, pots and pans in proper location.
• Clean areas of kitchen including kitchen equipment, sinks, counter tops, walls, floors and ceilings.
• Take out garbage and place in dumpster, rinse garbage cans.
• Take out linen bags and place in proper location.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and surrounding areas outside the restaurant
• Provide general cleaning and upkeep of restrooms.
• Unload and stock deliveries.
• Lift and/or move supplies into appropriate location.
• Report maintenance, emergencies and needed repairs to management.
• Reports health and safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
• Assists cooks with kitchen responsibilities as requested.
• Clean, organize and maintain assigned stations prior to, during and after peak periods to ensure the restaurant is set up for success.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Practice proper sanitation procedures.

Cooks prepare menu items within standard cook times, utilizing given recipes and measuring devices to ensure consistency. Clean their workspace throughout the day and follow health and safety guidelines. Provide support to other cooks and team members as needed, to create an environment where guests feel welcomed, ensuring we deliver an enjoyable dining experience from the moment our guests arrive until they leave.   

Cook Responsibilities 

 Some responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment such deep fryer, broilers, flat tops, ovens, mixers, blenders, steamers, graters, and other prep utensils to prepare, cook, garnish and present menu items. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be worn at all times while in work areas.
• Unload and stock deliveries.
• Lift and/or move supplies into appropriate location.
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
• Clean, organize and maintain assigned stations prior to, during and after peak periods to ensure the restaurant is set up for success.
• Monitor station inventory levels, maintain food product inventory and notify management of any shortages.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Use utensils such as knives and slicers repetitively.
• Ensure unused food products are stored, restocked or discarded properly.
• Examine, labels and stores incoming food supplies in storage and refrigeration areas appropriately.
• Accommodate guests' special requests.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, including kitchen equipment, sinks, counter tops, walls, floors and ceiling utilizing proper sanitation practices.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and surrounding areas throughout the restaurant.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure kitchen appliances and equipment have been cleaned and turned off at the end of each day.
• Take out garbage and place in dumpster, rinse garbage cans.
• Take out linen bags and place in proper location.
• Support Dishwashers load and unload all dishes, utensils and glasses from dishwasher and clean all large pots and pans manually in 3 compartment sinks.
• Support Prep Cooks with kitchen responsibilities as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report maintenance, emergencies and needed repairs to management.
• Report health and safety concerns/violations immediately to management.

Bussers clean, clear and set tables and chairs. Provide support to other team members as needed, to create an environment where guests feel welcomed, ensuring we deliver an enjoyable dining experience from the moment our guests arrive until they leave.   

Busser Responsibilities 

 Some responsibilities include cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, support Servers set up and replenishing water glasses, chips and salsa. Clean and sanitize work areas, including, chairs and tables, kitchen equipment, sinks, counter tops, walls, floors and ceiling utilizing proper sanitation practices. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be worn at all times while in work areas.
• Unload and stock deliveries.
• Lift and/or move supplies into appropriate location.
• Set up workstations with required equipment.
• Clean, organize and maintain assigned stations prior to, during and after peak periods to ensure the restaurant is set up for success.
• Clean tables, set tables with napkins, plates, and flatware.
• Maintain table settings, remove plates as needed, replenish flatware.
• Sweep and mop dining room, kitchen, and surrounding areas throughout the restaurant.

• Take out linen bags and place in proper location.
• Support Dishwashers load and unload all dishes, utensils and glasses from dishwasher and clean all large pots and pans manually in 3 compartment sinks.
• Provide support to Servers and Bartenders members as needed.
