Hosts greet and seat our guests, provide accurate wait times, create an environment where guests feel welcomed, answer phones, package takeout orders. Maintain the front entry, host station, take out area and restrooms while ensuring we deliver an enjoyable dining experience from the moment our guests arrive until they leave.
Host Responsibilities
Some responsibilities include managing the waitlist and seating rotation, offering menus, validating tables are ready to be seated and supporting servers as needed. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Clean their workspace throughout the day and follow health and safety guidelines. Cook Responsibilities
Some responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment such deep fryer, broilers, flat tops, ovens, mixers, blenders, steamers, graters, and other prep utensils to prepare, cook, garnish and present menu items. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Some responsibilities include cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, support Servers set up and replenishing water glasses, chips and salsa. Clean and sanitize work areas, including, chairs and tables, kitchen equipment, sinks, counter tops, walls, floors and ceiling utilizing proper sanitation practices. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
